Visual artist often take characters from movies, television, books, games, etc without explicit rights from the copyright holders. I saw on your instagram art from Squid Game, Avatar The Last Airbender, Fallout, Shogun, Spiderman, etc, etc. You skill was honed and your style built on the foundation of ideas from other people without their consent. AI Art is doing the same thing.
Did you have the rights, did you pay for the rights to draw and publicly post the drawings you made based on the copyrighted material? The ones you have publicly posted to boost your SEO, fan-base, catalog examples, in order to attract people to buy your art or hire you to do art? So...Aren't you using other peoples art that you don't have the rights to, to create art that you are using to help you in financial gain?
