I hope the same AI computers can go grocery shopping with their Friday paychecks to the supermarket, and sign on the line for that $35k car, and spend money at the circus that's in town and spend money at local restaurants. People have to understand that since the age of early humans that were hunter/gatherers and then later on agrarians and began to barter with one another, since then time is like one big rubber band. It has been stretching and stretching for thousands of years. Eventually, and you may or may not agree with my thesis, the rubber band will have to give and go back to its normal shape. Our society on a global scale will inevitably return to what it was. We have come to learn some important lessons through the ages. Humans cannot live with one another the way we are living today. The Internet was a huge mistake, humans are not meant to be connected to their work as well as connected to one another on a 24 hour basis like this. AI is a big deal today but like will fail miserably over time as humans will start to sabotage the system because it will be to their benefit. The billionaires, in their lifelong pursuit for cheaper and faster and more money for their pockets, it will backfire spectacularly. When?? I don't know, no one can tell you. 10 years? 50 years? 100 years? Don't know but I know it will happen. In short, life with AI taking peoples' jobs is not mathematically sustainable, you'd have to eliminate a substantial amount of people from the world population in order to make the amount of available jobs and people that can take those jobs even or close to even. Today we have like 340 million people in the United States, the highest population we've ever had, and yet how are we supposed to feed ourselves with half the jobs? It's not going to work.
