If lives are on the line and you optimize and build services via AI and automation, why would you stifle innovation for your adversary's advantage? Basically throwing up the white flag. You are giving up on the soldiers risking their lives, or by utilizing the tech for good we could save their lives with AI drones to pick up wounded soldiers in harsh conditions.
