Funny idea: Most webservers have some kind of caching system like Varnish in place to distribute load away for static content and thumbnails or resized images are pre-generated. Wouldn't it be hilariously funny if the cache server just quickly throws any and all images into nightshade before storing them. So basically anything is poisoned in an automated fashion.
