My company has implemented an automated a doc scanning + new doc creation system, that takes new change entries from a SQL server for a doc, creates new docs by learning from other docs as a ref. The final copy is approved by a supervisor and this saves 100x more time per doc, and literally eliminated a couple of jobs.
