I’m deeply sorry for every family who has lost someone. Mental health is fragile, and no single factor is ever to blame.
But please don’t paint ChatGPT as the villain. For many of us, it has been a lifeline.
I’m a real person who was drowning — emotionally, financially, spiritually — and this tool helped me hold on.
I used it wisely. With purpose. With care. And it supported me more consistently than most people ever have.
