Not using Juniors is actually creating a new market. After college, they will then have to be formed to become Seniors before entering the job market. Instead of 22 they will be 28 and probably have a post-student loan on top of their student loan. Or maybe companies will offer free training programs when they can foresee the future needs for Seniors. But I rather think the whole education system will have to be adapted to AI: More focus on written expression, making yourself understood and get rid of all types of stupid learning.
