I’ve been in this industry longer than most of you have been alive…but I would NEVER fall for the insanity of assigning to bits the same level of personhood so obviously displayed within humans. It’s this level of adoption that will cause many technologists to not only separate from your analysis and assignments…but to literally OPPOSE your efforts to move such craziness forward. I don’t worry about AI as much as I do those who are at the forefront of guiding the world into making it the new God of the universe. Love you guys…but please govern back your over the top…almost adolescent like excitement over your first date with this admittedly gorgeous entity.
