In Canada If you are childless senior the protocol is get them medicated for prevention with the assumption that they don’t have a wonderful life style with lots of friends , family and community life style automatically they think you are lonely and depressed no questions ask when they realize you have 17 nieces and nephews lots of extended family and friends suddenly you don’t need all the specialists and prescriptions you have been given to it happened to my friends who were in late 50s and early 60s so please have children if you can afford them health wise and financial and if you don’t for whatever reason make sure you have good health power attorney for both of you and each of you as your spouse has nvoice to speak or protect each other don’t believe me ?
