I like to think that some form of Universal Basic Income would give me MORE incentive to work (if A.I. hasn't replaced me) so I can earn more money on top of what has been given to me.
But who knows what my outcome would be in reality 🤷♂️
Maybe it would work better if the UBI payments went to workers, people actively looking for work and people who are legitimately unable to work and NOT to people who cheat system OR antisocial criminals 👀🤔🤷♂️
Edit: high earners would be exempt too.
You would also have to be careful not to be TOO generous with UBI... I guess it would to be enough to cover ONLY the barest necessities for survival/wellbeing
