Honestly, I'm not sure how much will come from this. I might be wrong, but I think that 1) The AI companies won't be able to stop the models from infringing, and 2) with the hype/money behind them, they aren't going to make them shut down. The only logical thing here is that they just seek damages to at least get some money out of the situation.
