This reminds of 2017 when Trump reversed Obama Gain of Function Ban. In 2014 Obama banned the manipulation of viruses to make them airborne or more deadly. Then in 2017 Trump reversed the ban allowing millions of tax payer money to flow to Wuhan Institute of Virology. And 2 years later we know what escaped the Lab !
