13:00 This sounds confusing but makes sense to me at a technical level. There's a non-obvious distinction between the LLM and the "assistant experience" that most people think of as the LLM. The LLM is broadly able to simulate different language scenarios, the ChatGPT experience that people are used to is the LLM simulating a professional personal assistant with various characteristics consistent with such an assistant. It's probably not specified (or wasn't at that time) that the personal assistant is the same assistant across every interaction with every person, especially not over time.
