Yeah people don't exactly want to understand how generative AI works. Like prompting "correctly" is actually abit of work, but.. I don't think you can claim you made a certain image when it's a noise-based appropriation of a ridiculous large data set of stolen data. Like idk.. Don't get me wrong, AI tools are actually very useful! I use AI for some things, and even generative AI sometimes for my DnD sessions when I want a quick mood image for a character or an area. If I want it properly designed I would draw it myself of course, but it can indeed be helpful. The fact that most of the popular models are however trained on illegally acquired data actively breaching copyright and then *sold* to people is disgusting though.
