I guess 150 years ago artists sure had something more that just humble questions against camera stealing their income by doing landscapes faster and taking money from artist for what was supposed to be drawn to photographer. It's easy to imagine a way to use camera to produce political propaganda and so on... Probably digital artist tools also made somebody pissed as they created a huge competition among people who can call themselves an artist. And those tools also can be used for stuff like political propaganda..... But now there are nice niche places for camera, digital drawings and 3D.
...also isn't it actually some person feeding art to AI to train it. Guns don't shoot, people do. Isn't it kinda obvious that bad use of anything is bad?
