Im sorry but as a guy well inside the field this video is a new level of alarmism. AI does exactly what it is coded to. We are so far away from agi, and I dont know if we will get there at least in my lifetime. The problem is, just like with social media, the huge lack of regulation in ai will only bring more problems.
If people are programming ai's to do evil they will do so. The problem is not the machine, it is, as always, the people behind it. Dont start with this hollywood narrative again ffs
