You don't need to learn to code, you need to learn how to communicate with people - AI will replace the social skill only at the very last moment. Just like the understanding of human behavior as marketers, losiners, supports, and testers. You don't need to become a programmer, you need to become a related specialist who will act as a social link in the team. Yes, programmers do not like to communicate with people (partly a lie, because they are obliged), but it is working with a person and the ability to sell him a product, a service, idea is what any careerist needs right now. Sell yourself, and then you will become a real specialist. Unfortunately, this is true, you need to adapt.
