Also ai for therapy is terrible as an idea. Someone affirming everything you say is not healthy. Especially if you are trying to work through a trauma or difficult emotions. You need a therapist who can hold space and challenge your thoughts. Ai is not made to challenge you ever. Thats not a healthy thing. Please find a friend or a professional.
