When literally 90 percent of the world's workforce loses the only way it has to make a living, do you imagine the billionaire owners of the world's productive capacity will allow some modification of the way the world's wealth is distributed? Hardly! More likely they use the wealth to create massive "death squads" to eliminate all the "useless eaters" from the planet, so they can enjoy a radically depopulated curated gardenlike Earth capable of providing fabulous, Sultan-like levels of wealth for themselves, with perhaps a small human servant class to do the things AI and Robots can not. Maybe a world of 100 million people, tops.
