In the near future, when we buy certain products, we may not be buying them for the product itself, but rather for the creator or owner behind it. We're already starting to see this trend — just look at influencers. It's rooted in basic human nature: we are social beings. Would you prefer to go to a restaurant that serves great food but is entirely run by robots and AI, or go to a Hooters that also serves great food, but with real human interaction?
AGI is undoubtedly dangerous, and it may be arriving faster than we expect, especially with recent breakthroughs in quantum computing. However, even if things seem doomed, humanity has always found ways to survive together.
I remain optimistic about our adaptability — both as individuals and as a society.
