C'mon in sure many lawyers use chatGPT for research. But they would use it to help guide them and then verify it all using more traditional methods. Using ChatGPT is like using an intern. You need to check everything and own the work. These clowns deserve sanctions. There is no defence. They need to be made an example of. You expect this from a self represented person not a legal "professional".
