I've watched all sorts of DUI/DL/CBP checkpoint vids, 1A audits, ID refusals, silent treatments, CPS refusals, and other vids of alleged or clear LE misconduct, and I've never seen something where the mere concept of the program, let alone the actual implementation, is unconstitutional from the start. If there's a movement where unpeaceful protesting and anarchy would be justified, it'd be a movement against predictive policing.
