The only thing I disagree with is his comment that we need to find ways to create jobs faster than we destroy them. The problem with this logic is as he said, AI gets better year-over-year.
AI = cognitive automation
Androids = physical automation
Tell me one job that humans do that can't be replaced by an AI or android if it is on-par with humans. There will be some jobs where humans prefer the human touch ie: massage therapy, but none couldn't be automated.
