AI generated stuff is fine but keeping AI generated stuff out of copyright (or just general IP) protections is pretty solid. If the model was trained off the works of others without consent (protected or otherwise), there is no way people or companies should be allowed to "own" or protect the generated outputs. Fair is fair after all.
