the quick explanation to as why ai "art" is stealing and not taking inspiration is simpler, you are using a 1 to 1 replica, its like a 3d printing bro calling his prints original works... or a "dj" who syncs bpms of two songs saying its "a new song", if you try to sell it, it will get you jailed.you are just using a huge sampling instead of 2.
