I'm drastically changing careeres from corporation girl who does payroll and manages people to a licenced massage therapist. It's a 4 semester long school but it's free in my country (yay, Poland). Pretty sure, AI robots won't be working on ppl with f.ex. nerve damage in the hospitals IN THE NEAREST FUTURE
it's so sad. Our parents' gen, as they got older, were respected (more or less) for the experience, additional training acquired during 30 ys of working in a given fiels etc (ofc, I'm generalizing). So this made them needed despite getting old - they were slower, maybe didn't become excel masters but if there was a fuck-up, the only guy who fixed it 20 ys ago came in handy.
For millenials - there will be no valuing of our experience, we will just get older, slower. Heck, all humans write slower than AI.
