It's not replicating the style, it is literally physically copying and collaging it. The first example of the human vs. Ai art saying "oh it can make it in 20 seconds".....yeah, because it was already made and it just took that image with similar ones to make it different enough to call it a "new artwork." It is, objectively, stealing.
