Tad overhyped, although it could all happen exactly as stated in this video right now ChatGPT and other "AI" are just language models, the reason they say the spooky stuff they do is they're just regurgitating stuff they "read" from other users online, it's a complex decision engine working to get the points it wants. but as of now it's not actually creative, just reusing what already exists, it's just able to research far faster than a human can.
