Yes, seniors 55 plus are already seeing loses from age only plus ai changes. Most of us will have to use AI to create other income streams because employers are thinking we can't learn new things, to expensive because of health, want more because of experience. 😢😢, truth is anyone can get sick, have an accident, and leave an employer. I question what will happen if a system goes down and the experienced are gone. I feel their will be great accidents or system shut downs because younger people are not prepared to deal with older systems still active and they will not be ready to take care of emergencies. I feel it will bite the employers soon. I feel the employers should gradually help older people transition if they want to. Lastly, does these younger managers and owners understand that will happen to them . We all age. We all still are stuck with school loans and bills . So they understand that social security can't be gotten until 62 but it's very limited to how much income they can make per year. Its almost like being on unemployment. Most of us have been dealing with layoffs, health and parents passing. So no 401 k $ to help. The employers need to educate themselves on the facts. Especially now with the economy issues. We will have evictions and foreclosures if something does not shift asap. I'm going through this now. Scary.
