They are quitting because AI exposes pretty quickly the predatory nature of capitalism, They start their research thinking they are working for the future of humanity and soon they find out they are actually promoting the doom of us all, and not because of AI itself, but because the system expects infinite resources to be fed to the machine, in a limited resource earth 🌎.
