The people that know what they're doing have probably already created denoising networks, using the very tools you mention here to generate training data for them. I don't think doing this amounts to more than a minor inconvenience for them, which is at the cost of making your art look lower quality. As much as I dislike the AI slop I get in google search results, there's probably no way around it. You might be better off not adding noise to your art since it makes it look less appealing.
