Seems like the inventors of AI wants to become the next Oppenheimer or Kalashnikov.
The investors and inventors of AI are completely focused to replace jobs.
What I don't understand is are those smart, powerful and wise investors and inventors doesn't know that employed class drives economy and helps businesses grow because of their purchasing power.
If you kill that employed class the businesses will also be impacted.
Moreover if they think that just inventing something like Nuclear fission is enough then they should also understand multiple of those Nuclear fission can/have potential to carry out a Nuclear fusion reaction that has the capability to end everything.
