Most anti AI artist mocks AI generators using their art piece made by AI as a base or reference. In my opinion that is like seeing a thief robbing a store, knocking him out and stealing his things because is more morally correct or something.
In my opinion AI is a tool, i dont count generative AI as stolen art since the AI is making something new on X art style but also i dont categorize generative AI as art.
In the end the fear to AI is a random ass fobia. In the upcoming future we will have AI that can detect AI artworks and also AI will have laws. Probably the world of generative AI and classic Art will split paths. And the customer will have the choice of what he considerates better for his commissions.
I dont think that models or eulas that specifically are trained on X artist will stop since most AI clients are well... Client side but i am pretty sure that behaviors like that will be punished by the Art community and AI community
