If making drugs better and healthcare better, we could have saved ourselves a lot of money and effort if we had just cleaned up our food supply of all the toxic chemicals and processes and used non-toxic sprays on our food crops. We could have almost banished diabetes, obesity, heart disease, high blood pressure, edema, cancer, skin diseases and dementia. But there is no money in that. One of the best things A.I. can do is re-design systems of all kinds for better water management, better agricultural growing techniques, better air pollution filters, and recycling of various products that are in our landfills. Maybe A.I. can design a car that is simpler.
