Takes "all jobs" ... so exactly how is an LLM going to fix my toilet or change the turbo on my diesel truck? These fear mongers are intentionally adding hype to the current landscape as a way to justify their own political or socioeconomic biases. Or they've never had a real job and therefore think that every task in our world can be accomplished from a desk equipped with a computer. Thumbs down fart noise. The real threat from the current AI hype cycle is what damage will be done to our financial markets when this inflated tech cycle inevitably crashes and what irreversible environmental damage will occur before its demise.
