No literally, if a self driving taxi kills its occupant and another person in a severe car crash, no one will be punished, any punishment that is placed on the company will be brushed off. There will be no peace of mind for the families of the victims only injustice.
Make CEOs responsible for the copyright theft their AI models are trained on.
