The guests sound way too optimistic. It’s easy to just say “be creative,” but with AI moving this fast, no one really knows how creative you’ll need to be to stay relevant.
In the past, humans were always smarter than the machines that replaced parts of their jobs. But with AI, we’re talking about systems that can potentially outperform humans intellectually. If that happens, it won’t be the same game anymore — it could become a completely different, level playing field dominated by LLMs.
