Most of the (white-collar) jobs are going to primarily going to be outsourced overseas, and handed to h1b holders under the guise of AI replacement. Big tech learned over Covid that they don't need as much from localized help. While there is a lot of sales potential in being "AI ready", AI is NOT ready enough to convince educated shareholders that it can be trusted for decision-based tasks.
Warehouse and assembly is in trouble but that's not going to hit us here in America as hard as it is in the countries that supply us. Our warehouses are already decimated by outsourcing.
