You’re barking up the wrong tree. While I’m all for regulating AI, let’s be very clear about the fact that, in these cases, AI is only helping these companies optimize for something they have ALREADY been doing. AI is not the issue. It’s these corporate practices themselves that should be made illegal, not the use of AI to make them more efficient.
