I fear that we are indeed off the path and if mankind wishes to still exist a thousand years from now - we had better give some serious thought with regard to AI - if our "leaders" don't get control of this then perhaps the mob should take some sort of preventive action ! We were not meant to go down this road - mankind should focus on expanding his own consciousness !
