Ordering a sandwich combo from Wendy's always gave me problems when I told A.I. that I wanted "chili instead of fries" it would always put both in the order. That "instead of" never computed. I had the same problem with the Spanish speaking workers inside who had limited English skills, so I just accepted both items. No way around it. I'd day we're about two-thirds down the curve from peak of inflated expectations and heading down to the trough of disillusionment.
