It's cheaper to just have a person repeat what the AI says then to replace them all together. Because an Ai automated workforce means they narrow down who can afford their services. By that I mean only capital producers will have the capital to purchase. So paying someone to repeat task giving by the AI would be cheaper then having an ai do it.
