On blocking the Chinese AI (LLMs) tokens or migrating them to US ones is not difficult. Technically could just block from the firewall (physically) and the US implementations could just use the Chinese AI for R&D, Build & Test to get their MVP product out to market, then switch out or migrate to US AI platforms. While is some work to migrate, is not that difficult or cumbersome especially with AI in coding these days. Its almost like "migrating" from Oracle DB to MS SQL DB, Unix to Linux or AWS to Azure or GCP... 80% would work, 10%-15% some minor work, perhaps 5% some real rework. Is doable looking at cost differences between Chinese & US tokens.
