As someone who leads AI transformation within organizations, anyone who says AI will replace jobs does not live the real world. The jobs will be different, but there will still be plenty of jobs. Perhaps even more. If you don't work with AI daily and help to transform organizations, you just won't get it. Theoretically, yes, AI can be smarter. But it's just not how people solve real business problems -- there's always something new that emerges.
