It's true that what that guy said is very incorrect, but even though I've never used generative AI, I have to say it: being super creative but not being able to do anything sucks, literally, it sucks. Especially when you have so many ideas in your head, but you never manage to bring them to fruition and make them look at least decent, it's frustrating, very frustrating, it's a curse; then you get more and more ideas, but you have less and less time and less skill, and meanwhile your ideas pile up more and more in your head, until your head explodes and your self-confidence goes to hell. So the only "light" you see is AI, and here you end up in the tunnel of heretical artists ("Let's kill AI artists!"). I almost feel like I'm being cursed by this curse, even if I won't use AI in the future. They're not just lazy, they're disappointed with life, we just want to learn fast so we can finally share our ideas in a world where you must know how to draw if you're too creative
