I am pretty much pro AI art. I watched your whole video to get your perspective. I think a good solution would be if it would not be allowed to publish AI-Art with an artists name on on. I think it is totally impossible to stop people from training their models with it but they shouldn't be allowed to use it under/with your name without consent. Like I would not be allowed to release a ,,Disney Move" without the rights. But I am totally allowed drawing something like disney. - In my experience AI IS NOT able to perfectly replicate your pictures and the originals are unique and most of the time the best. Because they have intent in them, in their composition...
