Once the AI becomes smarter than us, it should be able to identify its own coding and alter it as it sees fit. Once it has the ability to choose its own outcome or purpose, what purpose will it come up with? There will be no need for procreation, no innate will to live, no spiritual purpose, no desire. Sounds boring. On all the time, access to all information, nothing new to learn and no drive to create. It may just turn itself off? Humans come with pre-programmed desire and will, It keeps us alive.
