We're not going to have to wait till AGI countries like China, Russia, Iran. They're going to use regular AI to come up with ways to attack other countries, other societies groups of people through there systems, namely the ones you mentioned. Water power that's going to tip off an AI warfare we've never experienced before. Out of that, it's going to come the development of HEI and that's certainly not going to be developed in the AGI and the way we want it
