It’s not creating art it taking stuff that’s already there and mixing up with other stuff people have made.
Not only that but the artist doesn’t get to say weather or not the ai can use there work or not. And trust me, most if not all artists don’t want that.
It’s like a kid in your art class stole a bunch of art from the rest of the class, cut them all up, glued it together, and hands it in to the teacher who gives it an A. Not only that but then some really rich businessman walk into the room and then buy it for lots of money.
And when the kids try to say that that was made from there hours of hard work , the business man and the Techer tell those same kids that “ he just used your work as inspiration, it’s not like it’s the same drawing you made.” And when the other students confront the kid he says “ if you don’t want me to use your art, you shouldn’t have showed it to me” when the work was up on display for the whole school to see.
Sorry but in no reality is that ok.
