All that is clear as day, but there are good sides: Education, language and brainstorming. I'm trying to get into indie game dev and ChatGPT helped me set up a data-oriented architecture for my game. I still write and debug it myself, but it would've taken me way longer to get the gist with conventional means. While not great at systemic game design, AI is also good for just throwing shit at the wall and get a feel for design spaces. The thing is, LLMs aren't only trained on the internet. They have access to public libraries as well, which is honestly insane. There was this one time it genuinely flabbergasted me with obscure production methods of games you'd find literally nowhere on the web. I asked it how it could know such things and it stated books as some of its sources. It also helped my wife with her visa. Its translations are pristine, and it "knows" more about bureaucratic jargon and formalities in my own language that I would ever hope or care to know.
